1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using BSCCBL, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and these Terms.

2. What BSCCBL provides

BSCCBL helps you describe, create, and watch personal scheduled channels made from publicly available videos. We organize a guide and wall-clock schedule; videos remain hosted and played by YouTube through its official player. We do not sell video ownership, television-network access, downloads, or a right to remove YouTube advertising.

The service is evolving. Features, supported devices, channel limits, schedules, and catalog availability may change. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but changes do not remove payment rights or consumer protections required by law.

3. Your account and devices

• You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your email account and signed-in devices secure.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for the channel requests you submit.
• Do not share sign-in or pairing links, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to bypass device or usage limits.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or email link was used without permission.

4. YouTube content and services

Video discovery and playback depend on YouTube. YouTube and individual uploaders—not BSCCBL—control video rights, availability, regional restrictions, age restrictions, advertising, captions, and player behavior. A scheduled program may disappear, fail to play, change, include ads, or be unavailable in your location or on your device.

You may use YouTube content only through the official player and as permitted by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must not use BSCCBL to download, copy, scrape, extract, alter, obscure, bypass, or interfere with the YouTube player, advertising, attribution, access controls, usage measurements, or other YouTube features. Google’s handling of data is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

BSCCBL is an independent service. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by YouTube or Google, and inclusion in a channel does not imply endorsement by an uploader.

5. Channel creation and the Programming Desk

You may provide channel ideas, exclusions, preferences, feedback, and other instructions. The Programming Desk uses an artificial-intelligence provider to interpret those requests. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Review a proposed channel before confirming it and do not submit sensitive personal information through the Programming Desk.

You keep any rights you already hold in the instructions you submit. You give BSCCBL a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transform those instructions only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support your channels and the service. This license ends when the information is deleted, except for limited backup, security, or legal retention.

6. Channel slots, subscriptions, and payment

• Your first two channel slots are free. Additional capacity is a recurring monthly subscription at the prices shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Stripe processes payment. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe and BSCCBL to charge the displayed amount, applicable tax, and future recurring charges until that paid capacity ends.
• Adding paid capacity during a billing period may create an immediate prorated charge. The app shows the estimated amount before confirmation.
• Removing a paid channel leaves that slot available to refill through the end of the current billing period. Empty paid slots are removed from the next renewal count.
• Deleting your account deletes the associated Stripe customer and cancels active BSCCBL billing.

Prices and billing mechanics may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are nonrefundable. Contact us about a duplicate or erroneous charge so we can investigate it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use BSCCBL to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or request content intended to facilitate illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or distribute malware or other harmful material.
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or misuse names, trademarks, or identities to cause confusion.
• Probe or defeat security, gain unauthorized access, overwhelm the service, automate abusive account/channel creation, or evade quotas and rate limits.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute BSCCBL, its guide data, or provider data except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to build a competing video catalog from YouTube API data or to separate audio or video from the official YouTube experience.

8. BSCCBL property and feedback

BSCCBL and its software, design, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership of BSCCBL or third-party video content.

If you voluntarily send product ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without payment or restriction. This does not give us ownership of personal information governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using BSCCBL at any time. You may request account deletion through Edit Profile or the Programming Desk; deletion requires confirmation through a single-use email link. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or third parties, or when we believe you materially violated these Terms. We may terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—continue after termination.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSCCBL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A PARTICULAR VIDEO, CHANNEL, SCHEDULE, DEVICE, AI OUTPUT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

These disclaimers do not limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSCCBL AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BSCCBL DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these limits may not apply to you.

12. Law, disputes, and changes

Before filing a formal claim, please email us with a description of the issue so both sides can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use BSCCBL after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
